It's really choppy and suuuuuper scribbly because I took like 30 seconds to draw each frame. Please fill in the gaps and gloss over the art with your wonderful imagination! I made it in Windows Movie Maker which is an absolutely evil program =o=

Eurovision nightGot myself some ice cream and will be making myself compfy on the sofa so I'm ready for the big, glittery, horrible music, camp, pointless politics, drama that is eurovision. It never disappoints me.

Sadly I will be alone for this one. Matt had to do a concert he didn't want to do, so I will be live tweeting (humonlazydiva) my impression of the whole shebang.

The Echo chamber dilemmaThe promise of the Internet was that unlimited information and experiences would draw us together. But instead it seems to have driven us apart.
For years I've observed this behavior but haven't been able to vocalize it correctly. Originally I called the behavior of collective opinions as "the hive mentality" of the Internet. But that wasn't exactly right and I often got called out on it. The most prominent example was when I made a comic about a guy disagreeing with opinions and being shouted at till he remained quiet, eventually fading into the background with everyone else. The consensus of that comic was that if you disagree with someone you aren't bullied into not speaking, but instead are free to go someplace else where people who do agree with you exist. And you know what? That wasn't what i was trying to convey, but is sadly true. The Internet is not a hive mind. It's many tiny pocket echo chambers of mutual agreements.
And this is becoming a growing problem, I think, because n

Summer Holidays & News [Sun Jul 25, 2010]

Just a few updates. 3 Days ago I wrote my last exam (I had to write about 9 exams) and my 2nd semester is finished (we partied Friday night

). I hope I will pass - some exams were really hard.

So you see - my holidays had began - do you have any plans for that summer? Great places you want to visit to photograph or just to relax - let me now them.

I want to go to the sea but I don't know yet to which and when.

These days I thought about leaving dA but yeah I decided to stay.

After I removed the Groups and some other artists from my devWatch dA seems to be better - less work but you know rather high quality than quantity. 'Cuz of this decision please don't send me any further invitations to join or submit my art to groups. Thanks.

I also had a photo-shooting with Lydia in the evening light - perhaps I will submit some photos this evening. Thanks Lydia.

Naja ich verkaufe es nur weil ich Geld für nen MacBook brauche. Hab das Teil zu lieben gelernt in Hamburg -> gallery , auf der 5d2. Kosten wären um die 550 rum. Objektiv ist 1A - Originalverpackung etc vorhanden.
